Felice brings twenty years of extensive and successful legal recruiting experience to Solomon Search. Originally from New York City, Felice began her career working in several of New York’s finest law firms in various capacities including: office management, paralegal, and legal secretarial. Felice is an expert at identifying, evaluating and recruiting top-notch talent for her clients. She comes with a complete understanding of the various cultures within a law firm. In addition, she has an overall appreciation of the many challenges administrators face daily, including running and managing successful law practices. Felice is also very active in her community. She is a member of the Parkland Coral Springs Business Group, a contributor to the Susan G. Komen Foundation and an active member of the Congregation Kol Tikvah sisterhood.
Matt Friedman, J.D.
Director of Attorney Recruitment
As the Director of Attorney Recruiting, Matt specializes in placing partners and associates at all levels in local, regional, and national law firms as well as in-house counsels. Matt enjoys working with candidates to help them find suitable positions that are in line with their career goals. Prior to becoming an attorney recruiter, he worked at several law firms in Florida and Virginia. He enjoys building relationships and providing the resources to equip individuals in making career decisions.
Matt received both his Bachelor of Arts and his J.D. from the University of Florida. During his time at the UF Levin College of Law, he served as Election Commissioner for University of Florida Student Government and a member of the Florida Blue Key honorary society.
During his undergraduate studies, he served as President of the Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity, Director of Gator Growl, and a member of the Florida Blue Key honorary society
Maria joined the Solomon Search Group in 2010 after 12 years in the staffing industry. The Miami native is fluent in Spanish and well connected in the Miami social and business networks. Maria is search savvy and is able to see beyond the bulleted criteria. She thinks “outside of the box” for those hard to fill positions. Having serviced clients and candidates in the Legal, Clerical, Finance, Medical and IT fields, her current focus is in Legal placement of attorneys, paralegal, legal assistants, document review and litigation support positions. She feels what sets her apart from other recruiters is her keen ability to listen, advise and listen again. “It’s important that you know all the details and criteria of both the client and the candidate otherwise, a successful placement cannot be achieved.”
Steven Nathan began his career in medical recruitment in 2001. Since that time, he has become a leader in permanent placement within the medical industry. His recruitment experience includes, Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and CRNAs.
Steven’s ability to develop relationships with both clients and candidates enables him to effectively place top talent in the medical field.
In addition, having vast experience in the medical field has brought unparalleled knowledge to his expertise.
Steven has effectively recruited on a national basis for health systems, hospitals and private practices.
He is able to consistently pinpoint and target talent for his clients. Steven’s consultative approach has allowed him to bring top level talent to even the most challenging searches nationally.
Steven has recently relocated from New England to South Florida. He has joined Solomon Search to spearhead the Medical Division. The Solomon Search Group welcomes Steven.
